Ragnex provides software design, development and consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in individual statements of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for clients transfer to the client upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how remain ours.

We treat all non-public information you share with us as confidential and only use it to deliver the services you've engaged us for.

Ragnex is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
