Project Overview
Managing a global supply chain requires instantaneous data and predictive insights. We partnered with a leading logistics enterprise to completely overhaul their legacy inventory management system.
By implementing a modern tech stack and integrating custom machine learning models, we enabled automated demand forecasting and anomaly detection across their entire warehouse network.
Tech Stack & Expertise
This project drew heavily from our core competencies in Web Development and AI Integration. We leveraged Next.js for a robust, SSR-enabled frontend dashboard, paired with a scalable Python/FastAPI backend. Custom machine learning models were integrated directly into the data pipeline to handle real-time inventory forecasting. Our UI/UX Design team ensured the complex data visualizations remained intuitive and accessible for warehouse managers.
