A rapidly growing fintech startup was facing severe scaling challenges with their monolithic backend. We led a complete migration to a modern, serverless cloud architecture.
The new infrastructure provides auto-scaling to handle transaction spikes, significantly reduces operational overhead, and establishes a robust foundation for their future feature development.
Tech Stack & Expertise
This migration required our most advanced Web Development and cloud architecture skills. We transitioned the monolithic infrastructure into an event-driven AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway). Our UI/UX Design team simultaneously refreshed the client-facing dashboards, utilizing React and strict component isolation to ensure the frontend was as scalable and resilient as the newly migrated backend.
